TQ3 Unveils New Hotel Booking Tool

TQ3 Travel Solutions has announced that it will launch TQ3 Hotel eBOOK at the Business Travel Show, London. Hotel eBOOK is a customisable online hotel booking tool designed to aid corporate travel managers in their fight to reduce costs while making the process of booking accommodation from the widest possible search parameters much simpler and quicker.  Encompassing a pre-populated database of over 60,000 hotels, covering 300 internationally recognised hotel brands across the globe, Hotel eBOOK grants direct access to cost savings through exclusive TQ3 negotiated rates, promotional rates and special online discounted rates. Corporate clients’ own net rates and listings for non-GDS hotels can also be implemented efficiently and quickly to maximise cost savings and choice by using five different ways to connect inventory into the tool.
Hotel eBOOK also helps corporations reduce their service costs without sacrificing policy compliance. As a self-booking application, it alerts travellers to the rules and conditions attached to their bookings, as mandated by their corporate travel policy,  during the entire reservation process.
Advanced features include intelligent interactive mapping, sophisticated location searches, comprehensive traveller profiling,  multi-lingual displays that prioritise preferential hotels or rates and the capacity to produce reports according to travel expenditure or historical bookings.
In short, Hotel eBOOK provides an exceptional solution for any company wishing to lower its overall hotel spend, develop a cost effective hotel programme, provide travellers with increased hotel information and availability, enforce travel policy compliance and make travel management that little bit easier.
Commenting the benefits of TQ3’s new tool, Michel La Bianca, TQ3 chief information officer, says: “Hotel eBOOK is far easier to use and offers much more in-depth location and property descriptions than any GDS. It also beats generic online hotel booking engines hands down by giving corporations the power to integrate their corporate travel programme including online availability of non-GDS hotels. In fact,  you could say that it offers our customers the best of both worlds.”
