Harrah’s casino will become easier today. Today, Harrah’s Entertainment, Inc. launched an upgraded version of its
http://www.harrahs.com/ Web site. The new site is designed as an
easy-to-use, convenient resource for Harrah’s customers to book hotel
rooms, check event calendars at Harrah’s casinos, redeem special offers or
review their Total Rewards account balances. “The Internet has evolved into a crucial business tool,” said David
Norton, Harrah’s senior vice president of relationship marketing.
“Providing our customers with a user-friendly, efficient Web site capable
of handling a wide array of common transactions helps cement our
reputation as a customer-service leader, and provides significant cost
savings opportunities.”

New features of harrahs.com include improved design and navigation; a
redesigned Total Rewards section, including a catalog of merchandise
customers can browse online; a streamlined process for reserving hotel
rooms online; expanded reservation search tools, including an option to
search for airfare and hotel packages; and photos of hotel rooms and more
detailed room descriptions.
