Mr. Michael Wilkings, Chairman
of Lucid Entertainment Inc. announced today that Mr. John Thall has joined
the company in the capacity of Chief Operating Officer, with
responsibility for overseeing the company’s entertainment and hospitality
operations worldwide. Mr. Wilkings said, “I am so happy that John has joined us. John brings a
world of experience to Lucid Entertainment and adds significant strength
and experience to our senior management team. As our business continues to
grow rapidly in the closing stages of 2004, with even more rapid growth on
the horizon next year, we need a top flight international entertainment
operations specialist on the team, and there is no finer an operator than
John Thall”.

Mr. Thall has over 20 years experience internationally in the hospitality
and entertainment industry and was the Executive Vice President of
Corporate Operations at Planet Hollywood for nine years. He partnered with
celebrity entrepreneur Robert Earle at Hard Rock Cafe and has also been a
senior executive at the Walt Disney Company, World Entertainment and
Billboard Live. Mr. Thall was also senior consultant to the Venetian Hotel
in Las Vegas for their 60,000 square feet of restaurant and hospitality
operations.
