In a new affinity programme, National Car Rental is appearing on the ‘American Express Selects’ offers website, bringing added value to American Express Cardmembers. The American Express online offers page features a link to the National website, highlighting a special discounted rate for travellers booking with an American Express Card.

Travellers paying for car rental using their American Express Card save 20% at more than 1,000 National locations in over 50 countries across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The offer is valid through 31 December 2004 and allows travellers to choose from the full range of National’s fleet including 4x4s, small, medium and luxury vehicles.

The American Express Selects programme is a new benefit for Cardmembers, introduced in June.  The programme provides approximately one thousand high quality shopping, dining and travel benefits from merchants in 11 countries, which can be accessed from the American Express Selects website.
