All is well at SuperClubs where Sunshine is guaranteed

In the wake of Hurricane Ivan SuperClubs are suggesting that they have taken their hurricane guarantee one step further than other holiday companies and also offer a Sunshine Guarantee to ensure guests enjoy every possible minute of sun during their visit.SuperClubs was the first holiday company to introduce the Hurricane Guarantee back in 1996, and continue to lead the holiday market today by offering both a Sunshine Guarantee and a Satisfaction Guarantee.

The Sunshine Guarantee promises guests another day’s holiday for each day that the sun does not shine, while the Satisfaction Guarantee offers a replacement holiday at any of the SuperClubs Resorts for guests that are unhappy with any part of their holiday.

Business is running as usual at SuperClubs now that the hurricanes have come and gone and the majority of SuperClubs resorts are fully operational.

A number of the resorts were not affected by the hurricanes, while those that were affected are undergoing repairs and due to be up and running again very shortly.

Both Breezes Jibacoa and Breezes Varadero in Cuba are fully operational, while in Jamaica, all Breezes and Hedonism Resorts are open, as well as Grand Lido Braco.  Grand Lido Negril will re-open on the 15th October.
