T&C says no damage from Jeanne

The Turks and Caicos Hotel and Tourism Association has announced that Jeanne left little or no damage in the Turks and Caicos Islands and that all hotels are open for business as usual this autumn and upcoming seasons. Association President Gary Greenwood “Our hoteliers and the Islands were well prepared for Tropical Storm Jeanne, but in fact Jeanne resulted in minimal wind and in some islands such as the main tourism island Providenciales, hardly any rain.”

People are being encouragedÊ by the TCHTA to come and visit the tranquil beautiful by nature island chain, Gary Greenwood explains “In September, October and November, visitors will be able to enjoy excellent added value offers in the Turks and Caicos Islands as this is our traditionally less busy season. With more direct non-stop airlift than ever, most of our visitors can now leave their homes in the morning and be on ourÊ award-winning 12 mile long Grace Bay Beach by lunchtime.”
