Air Jam assist with hurricane relief effort

15th Sep 2004

Air Jamaica has expanded its Hurricane Ivan relief effort, offering special fares to and from Jamaica and Grenada to help those affected by the storm reunite with loved ones and receive support and assistance.  “Our sole focus right now is helping the people of the Caribbean who were affected by Hurricane Ivan get back on their feet,” said Michael Going, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Air Jamaica.  “Our commitment to this effort is absolute, as yesterday’s relief flight, our relaxed ticket-change policy and these special fares illustrate.  We’ll have more good news to share in the coming days.”

An example fare to/from Jamaica is US$199 from Miami, Fort Lauderdale or Orlando.
