WizCom International, a subsidiary of
Cendant Corporation and a global provider of technology and
distribution solutions, today announced agreements with Prime
Hospitality Corporation, Peabody Hotel Group and InnLink, for its
recently launched EasyAccess Plus - RateManager tool.

At the forefront of technology in the rate loading process,
RateManager enables the loading and mass transmission of hotel rates
in a matter of seconds - a process that used to take weeks and months to complete.  RateManager is the latest component of the EasyAccess
suite of products and is positioned because of its unique capabilities
to become an industry leader in the central management and
distribution of hotel rates.

RateManager’s innovative automated software capabilities now enable
hoteliers to save time and operational costs through the increased
speed of rate loading and delivery that replaces the most common
manual loading processes.  It virtually eliminates the frequent
errors associated with redundant rate loading to each global
distribution system (GDS) and the hotelier’s central reservation
system (CRS).

Key functionality unique to RateManager includes simultaneous mass
propagation and transfer of rate data to all the GDSs, expanded rate
value entries, rate security profiles associated with multiple rate
codes, block space, blackout dates and XML interfaces to both request
for proposal (RFP) vendors and the hotelier’s CRS.  Most importantly,
RateManager is compliant with the National Business Travel Association
(NBTA) through 2005 and contains all the data elements required for
NBTA, consortia and corporate RFPs.  Increased speed of rate loading
and improved accuracy provides greater flexibility to deliver the
right rates at the right time, significantly improving rate
performance.

Commenting on the agreement, D.J. Vallauri, vice president of Commerce and CRM for Prime Hospitality stated, “RateManager’s
automated rate loading and distribution process has transformed the
way we manage rates.  We estimate that this technology will cut back
the time frame for loading rates by as much as 80 to 90 percent as
well as cut costs by about 70 to 80 percent compared to our old manual
