Cerruti projects in Vienna, Dubai and Kuwait.

Hotel Cerruti Vienna will open in Fall 2004 and will be located in a
historic building in the city?s downtown area.  It will feature 75
individually designed rooms.

Hotel Cerruti Dubai will open early in 2005 and will be strategically
located in Dubai’s Media City, the city’s rapidly emerging global media
hub, featuring a cosmopolitan lifestyle and situated close to the beach.
The hotel will have 137 individually designed spacious rooms, a wine and
cocktail bar, a contemporary trattoria, an outside pool with a terrace
bar, boardroom facilities and parking.

 

Hotel Cerruti Kuwait will open in mid-2006 and will be located in the
city?s new, exclusive Salmiya development.  All 350 rooms will be
individually designed and will offer scenic views of the Gulf. The hotel
will also have a contemporary trattoria, a café with terrace, an
extensive spa and fitness center, a rooftop pool, meetings and events
facilities and parking.
