Delta Air Lines Sponsors the BellSouth Classic

Delta Air Lines , the official airline sponsor of the BellSouth Classic
for 26 consecutive years, will present fun and valuable offers to
attendees at this year’s event being held April 1-4 at The Players’
Championship at Sugarloaf in Duluth, Ga.
Patrons who visit Delta’s booth will have a chance to spin a game wheel to
win prizes ranging from frequent flier miles through the Delta SkyMiles(R)
program and Delta Crown Room Club(R) passes to golfing items and other
prizes. No one walks away empty handed as every spin is guaranteed to win.
Adjacent to the ninth green, attendees may relax in Delta’s mobile Crown
Room Club, which offers many of the amenities of the airport lounges
worldwide. On Thursday, April 1, pro golfers Matt Kuchar and Brett Quigley
will visit the mobile club after their rounds to sign autographs and pose
for photographs.

“We realize that many of our frequent business travelers are also avid
golfers and our goal is to continue to provide fun and convenient ways for
them to experience the game of golf,” said Patrice Miles, Delta’s vice
president of Consumer Marketing. “Our longstanding relationship with the
PGA TOUR, coupled with our superior programs like Delta Golf and Delta
Golf Vacations, allow us to provide a one-stop-shop for our customers who
love to swing a 9-iron.”

Also on the ninth green, attendees may experience the Delta-branded Mini
Coopers, cars custom-designed to mirror the look of a Delta airplane and
have their picture taken as “Golfer of the Year” in front of a “Partners”
magazine backdrop. Throughout the BellSouth Classic, visitors to Delta’s
booth may enter the Delta Golf Sweepstakes for a chance to win one of
several valuable prizes, including a golf vacation for two at TPC
Sawgrass. Interested parties may log onto http://www.delta.com/deltagolf
to enter and for official rules.

Delta’s unwavering support of the BellSouth Classic, Atlanta’s annual stop
on the PGA TOUR since 1967, continues the carrier’s illustrious
affiliation with golf.

“We appreciate the long time commitment of Delta Air Lines to the
BellSouth Classic,” said Dave Kaplan, BellSouth Classic’s executive
director. “They are truly bringing additional value to the tournament this
year with their expanded promotional efforts at the event.”
