today announced the appointment of Mr. Jason Clarke as the new Country Manager for the UK. Clarke will report directly to Alison Bell, Regional Director for UK and Ireland, and will be responsible for the full operational management of Galileo UK including Sales, New Business and all areas of Customer Support.
Clarke joins Galileo from Sabre where he has worked for the past 8 years in a number of roles ranging from Operations Manager to Sales & Service Manager, and most recently Director of Corporate Programmes EMEA. Clarke began his career in travel at Thomas Cook and so brings a perspective from all areas of the travel industry.
