The bedroom walls are upholstered with silk and a spacious walk-in closet is paneled with sycamore.  A combination of New York and oriental art and artifacts is used throughout the suite.
The Oriental Suite, graced with a blue, gray and gold color scheme, features a kitchen, large living and dining room with a separate study that can double as either an entertainment center or a workspace.  The suite has a large master bedroom and bath and includes a separate walk-in closet.
Decorative objects and artwork in the suite reflect the hotel’s aesthetic, using a mixture of New York and oriental influences.  One unique piece will be a Chinese Ancestral portrait which will hang above the bed in the master bedroom.
The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, New York has been designed to reflect the exceptional levels of attention and standards of service intrinsic to Mandarin Oriental worldwide.
