Ana Mandara Extends Six Senses’ Evason Brand in Vietnam

Ana Mandara Resort and Six Senses Hotels Resorts & Spas have agreed to further develop the Evason brand in Vietnam. The agreement, announced at the signing ceremony of Ana Mandara Villas at Dalat - an Evason Resort, follows the decision late last year to develop the Evason Hideaway at Ana Mandara, a boutique villa complex at Ninh Van Bay, to be integrated into the Ana Mandara Resort operation. The project is due for completion in late 2004.

Ana Mandara Resort is branded as an Evason Resort with a Six Senses Spa as a key feature. It is positioned as the country’s leading resort and has been Vietnam’s best performing hotel, operating under Six Senses management since its opening in 1997.

Ana Mandara Villas at Dalat includes the renovation and re-development of fifteen classic French colonial villas. It will draw on the popularity of Ana Mandara Resort and the marketing efforts that have made it such a phenomenal success in the spa and travel industry.
As with Ana Mandara Resort - the Ana Mandara Villas at Dalat, and Evason Hideaway at Ana Mandara are owned by Hai Duong Tourist Company (HDTC) and managed by Bangkok-based Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas.

Vietnam`s first world-class spa at the Ana Mandara beach resort, luxury hideaway in Nha Tang, is located on a beachfront coconut plantation, and the holistic Six Senses Spa is currently setting new standards in spa design with traditional Vietnamese architectural and water elements. Six Senses Hotels, Resorts & Spas, manage health and leisure facilities in some of the world’s most exotic locations - the group’s flagship being Soneva Fushi Resort & Spa, which ranks among the top three spas in the world.
