easyJet sold 62,549 seats online during the week ending 5 March 2000, which represented 50.7% of all seats sold during that period.

During the course of the week easyJet, the web’s favourite airline, reached an important milestone by selling the two millionth seat online. To celebrate this special event, easyJet has given unlimited free flights for a year to Mr Mesnard of Billericay, who purchased this lucky seat.
