Global Intelligence Advice from iJet

iJET Travel Intelligence will launch the industry`s first global intelligence service, WorldcuePRO on 4th April; debut customers include the GDS` Worldspan and Prudential Securities.
WorldcuePRO is the first in a family of services that transforms mountains of travel information from thousands of sources into analysed, trusted knowledge that is easy to access and use, providing up-to-the-minute intelligence, including travel alerts, to help people avoid and manage the hassles inherent to travel.
This service is backed by an Intelligence Operations Centre in Annapolis, MD, U.S.A., 24/7, with experts from the intelligence, travel and media fields who collect, analyse and verify information from more than 3,000 sources.
WorldcuePRO gives travel advisors, including travel agents, corporate travel managers, security directors, travel health specialists and concierge desks access to iJET`s proprietary database covering 150 countries across 10 key travel categories, from health, security and transportation to entry/exit rules and communications.
When working with a client, a travel advisor can view an “At a Glance” screen for a destination and have immediate access to current travel alerts, top intelligence items on issues such as visas and immunizations, and even the current local time, currency conversion rate and 5-day weather forecast.
Early users of the system report that WorldcuePRO makes them “the smartest travel agent in the world.”
In addition to accessing iJET`s global knowledgebase, WorldcuePRO gives travel professionals SmartMail, an e-mail interface crafted for communication with travellers. A travel professional can easily attach travel advice sheets on over 100 topics when sending itinerary or other information to a client, these advice sheets can be co-branded with a travel agency or corporate logo.
WorldcuePRO is launching on Worldspan to over 20,000 travel agencies, which support millions of travellers, and to Prudential Securities and its 14,000 employees worldwide. iJET intends to provide this service on the other major reservation systems including Sabre, Amadeus and Galileo, and directly to travel professionals.
