, one of the first “pay-per-ranking” intelligent search engines has signed a Letter of Intent and operating agreement to acquire FreeAirMiles.com
, an interactive online research and web-surfing tool.
The all-stock transaction is due to be completed later this month. The acquisition provides SearchHound.com`s community and users the ability to earn free air miles while using services available on the site.
Air miles are accumulated by visiting participating advertisers` Web sites, registering at sites and shopping.
Members can also earn FreeAirMiles for every dollar spent at specified merchant partners. Next to each link shows the number of miles to be earned per dollar amount spent while making a purchase, or miles earned per click. Free air miles can be redeemed for airline tickets with most major airlines. Future awards may include rental cars, hotels, cruises and vacation packages.
