Go launches new website at www.go-fly.com

Go, the low cost airline has launched its new website, which will be at the core of the airline`s next growth phase.
The site has been completely redesigned, making it even easier for customers to use, while retaining its simplicity and speed.
Go currently sees more than 65% of its customers booking online, and the new site will increase this proportion even further.
The site will incorporate an upgraded booking facility to allow same-day booking from the homepage, “smart information” which guides you through the site, and the roll out of a European e-mail service. Unlike some other airlines, the site will remain multilingual but will recognise where a visitor is located, serving pages in the appropriate language.
In addition, Go has established long-term agreements with affiliate partners Holiday Autos and HotelConnect. This offers Go customers access to a one-stop shop so they can tailor-make their entire travel plans - getting the best deals on flights, car rental and accommodation.
The site is now based on an xml platform, which has already allowed Go to link up with ntl create the first system for booking low cost flights via digital TV.
Jenny Taylor, Go`s internet sales and marketing manager, is confident the new site will be a hit with customers: “Go has always been at the forefront of e-commerce in Europe. We`re now taking a big step forward with the new site. The fact that the site is built in xml enables us to explore lots of new distribution avenues, and we will be introducing many more improvements to the site in the next few weeks.”
