Delta Frequent Flyers wishing to cash in their miles will no longer have to spend time speaking with an agent to get those elusive award tickets.
Members of Delta’s ‘Skymiles’ programme will join those of Northwest and United Airlines in being able to check for availability and then actually booking their travel. American Airlines say they will add this facility ‘soon’.
