A plane has crashed at Charleroi airport in Belgium, killing at least four people, according to reports.

The Cessna aircraft is thought to have experienced difficulties during take-off before it crashed on the edge of the runway.

The airport, which is a hub for low cost carriers, will be closed until 14:30 local time with flights being diverted to Liege.
