Dubai Properties Group ( DPG ), the development arm of Dubai Holding, today confirmed its participation at the upcoming Arabian Travel Market. The master developer will showcase its key destinations and districts such as DUBAILAND®, the Walk at JBR, Business Bay, as well as Culture Village, while engaging with industry professionals from the international tourism industry.
DPG ‘s destinations and districts include a number of visitor attractions in DUBAILAND , along with the iconic tourist destination The Walk at JBR, both of which are popular visitor attractions, catering to over 23 million tourists last year alone.
DPG ‘s 529 sq. metre stand at Arabian Travel Market, which takes place from (today) 5 - 8 May at Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre, will feature a whole host of DUBAILAND projects, including IMG Worlds of Adventure, the new 1.5 million square feet indoor themed entertainment destination. The stand will also feature other popular visitor attractions such as the recently launched Miracle Gardens, in addition to Global Village, MotorCity, Dubai Sports City, Dubai Outlet Mall, as well as coming-soon attraction, Sustainable City.
DPG will also feature The Walk at JBR, one of the most distinctive and popular entertainment and shopping destinations in the UAE, that is currently undergoing major enhancements to accommodate the growing footfall year upon year, fortifying this destination’s iconic status and pride of place as the flagship destination for DPG . The unique 1.7km outdoor shopping boulevard boasts over 305 retail outlets on both the plaza and ground levels, servicing the surrounding residential community and tourists from abroad.
ATM will also see DPG showcasing its Business Bay district, which is fast becoming the central business district of Dubai and the preferred location for multinational companies to set up their regional offices.
Business Bay also features a number of the city’s leading residential, commercial, retail and hospitality developments.
DPG ‘s stand will feature its upcoming world-class destination, Culture Village, an Arabic themed development interconnected by 3.8 km of promenade walkways, landscaped features, a retail souk and mixed-use complex overlooking the creek.
