The US Virgin Islands Department of Tourism has expressed an interest in collaborating with its Caribbean neighbours on tourism-enhancing initiatives.
Though not part of the contiguous United States, travel to the Caribbean destination does not require a passport from United States citizens arriving from Puerto Rico or the mainland.
People arriving in the UK from Uruguay, Namibia and the US Virgin Islands will need to self-isolate for ten days. The government added there would be no changes to the safe list over Christmas.
