Sirru Fen Fushi – Private Lagoon Resort has unveiled a calendar of culinary and wellness experiences for late 2026, welcoming holistic wellness expert Dr. Doshi, alongside Michelin-starred chefs Karim Khouani and Tristan Brandt as part of its ongoing Sirru Icons Series. Bringing high-profile collaborators and world-class talent to the Maldives, the series transforms Sirru Fen Fushi into a stage for iconic moments and memories.

Holistic Wellness and Energy Mastery with Dr. Doshi
1 August to 31 October 2026 & 1 December to 28 February 2027

Internationally recognised holistic wellness consultant and founder of Energy Masters, Dr. Doshi returns to Sirru Fen Fushi for an extended residency, offering personalised treatments to restore balance across physical, mental, emotional and spiritual dimensions. Drawing on over 60 healing modalities, his approach combines ancient healing with modern wellness practices, guided by the Five Elements – wood, fire, earth, metal and water. Guests can choose from tailored therapies including acupuncture, acupressure, Reiki, chakra balancing, sound healing, breathwork, meditation, cupping therapy, and energy healing. Signature experiences will be available in 30, 60, 90, and 120-minute sessions, alongside a complimentary 15-minute wellbeing consultation offered to guests throughout the residency period.

Michelin-Starred Culinary Residencies with Chef Karim Khouani
28 to 30 October 2026

The culinary programme commences with the debut residency of Chef Karim Khouani, the two Michelin-starred chef behind Copenhagen’s Restaurant Texture. Recognised with four Falstaff forks and bringing more than 30 years of experience from some of Europe’s leading Michelin-starred kitchens, Khouani is celebrated for his refined fusion of French, Mediterranean and Nordic influences, with a culinary philosophy rooted in exceptional ingredients, technical precision and a deep respect for flavour.  On 28 October, he will join Sirru Fen Fushi’s Executive Chef Girish Sharma for an exclusive Six-Course Four Hands Dinner at Azure Restaurant, followed by a Signature Four-Course Dinner on 30 October. Set within Azure’s elegant overwater surroundings, guests will embark on a gastronomic journey that highlights the unique perspectives of both chefs through a series of beautifully composed dishes.

Four Hands Festive Dining with Chef Tristan Brandt
29 December to 2 January 2026

Returning to Sirru Fen Fushi for a second residency, Chef Tristan Brandt will appear in the resort’s festive programme, The Constellations of Moments.  Formerly Germany’s youngest two Michelin-starred chef, having trained under some of the country’s most respected culinary masters, and having led acclaimed restaurants across Germany and Switzerland, Brandt is recognised as one of Europe’s leading culinary figures. His residency includes a Six-Course Four Hands Dinner with Executive Chef Girish Sharma on 29 December, followed by a Signature Four-Course Dinner on 2 January 2027, offering guests the opportunity to experience his distinctive culinary philosophy amid Azure’s elegant overwater setting.
