Langham Hospitality signs booking deal with TripAdvisor
TripAdvisor has signed a partnership with Langham Hospitality Group to add its hotel inventory to the TripAdvisor instant booking platform. Travellers shopping for hotels on the site will soon be able to conveniently book Langham hotels without leaving the TripAdvisor site experience. “We are excited to join TripAdvisor’s new instant booking distribution channel,” said Nick Cohen, global director of e-commerce for Langham Hospitality Group.

Langham comes to Dubai with Palm Jumeirah property
Langham Hospitality Group announced earlier it had signed an agreement with DAS Real Estate to manage The Langham resort in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Located on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah and scheduled to open in 2015, this 323-room resort marks double landmark “firsts” for the Hong Kong-based hotel company: it is the group’s first foray into the Middle East and the first resort in its global collection.

Langham Hospitality Group announces the signing of a Sales and Purchase Agreement between Great Eagle Group, parent company of LHG and 400 Fifth Realty LLC which is owned by Bi&Di Real Estate SpA – incorporated in Varese, Italy – to acquire The Setai Fifth Avenue hotel located at 400 Fifth Avenue in midtown Manhattan, New York. The hotel is scheduled to join the Langham portfolio in January 2013.
