KLM to launch non-stop flights to Costa Rica

KLM adds Namibia and Angola to winter schedule
KLM is expanding its network of routes this winter, offering three direct flights a week from Amsterdam to Windhoek via Luanda, Angola. As of October, a KLM Airbus A330-200 will depart from Amsterdam at 22:45 every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday for an overnight flight to the Namibian capital.
Jet Airways to launch non-stop flights from Amsterdam to India
Jet Airways will launch daily non-stop flights from Amsterdam to offer significantly enhanced connectivity between Europe, the United States and India via the Netherlands. Effective March 27th, Jet Airways will operate two daily non-stop flights from Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, one each to its hubs in Mumbai and New Delhi. Jet Airways will also operate a daily flight to Toronto from Amsterdam.
KLM brings WeChat to skies
Nexmo, the leading cloud communications platform company, today announced its Chat App API is empowering KLM to engage with Chinese customers on WeChat, the leading social communication platform, through Salesforce Service Cloud. KLM Royal Dutch airlines is now able to process and handle user inquiries from Chinese customers on WeChat more efficiently based on previous interactions with users on multiple platforms.
KLM breaks passenger number record for single day
This past weekend, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines welcomed a record number of passengers on board KLM and KLM Cityhopper flights.On Sunday, a new 24-hour record was created with 93,048 passengers flying on KLM flights between Amsterdam and 139 destinations worldwide.
KLM boosts Mediterranean flights with Air Malta codeshare deal
KLM has announced a codeshare partnership with Air Malta, the Maltese national airline, flying direct from Amsterdam. Under this partnership, KLM will add its code and flight numbers to Air Malta’s domestic route network allowing customers to fly via KLM’s hub airport, award-winning Amsterdam Airport Schiphol and will connect with KLM’s extensive global network.

Oman Air launches codeshare with KLM
Oman Air is has launched a new codeshare agreement with KLM Royal Dutch Airlines. The agreement came into effect on Wednesday April 15th 2015 and enables Oman Air’s customers to book onto flights operated by KLM between Muscat and Amsterdam.
Surprise change at the top for KLM as Eurlings steps down
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has announced Pieter Elbers has been appointed by the KLM Supervisory Board president to the position of chief executive of KLM, replacing Camiel Eurlings. The surprise move will see Elbers take over immediately, ahead of the end of Eurlings’ contract in April 2015.
