KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has announced its new World Business Class cabin interior, featuring the new full-flat seat. Responding to its customers’ needs and wishes, KLM aims to accentuate the at-home feeling for Business Class customers with its new cabin interior.
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has reduced fares to European destinations from Ireland by as much as 34%.
KLM is increasing the frequency of its flights at Budapest Airport up to 27 flights weekly. From April 28th 2013, the Dutch carrier will operate between Budapest and Amsterdam four times daily (up from three times daily) Sunday to Friday and three times daily on Saturdays.

KLM Royal Dutch Airlines customers can now book Economy Comfort on flights within Europe. From December 1st onwards, Economy Comfort will be available on flights operated by Boeing 737 aircraft, which includes seven UK departure points serving Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines has confirmed it will start scheduled services to Fukuoka, Japan on April 3rd 2013. KLM is the first airline to offer direct flights between Fukuoka and Europe.
KLM and Flybe have launched a codeshare agreement on two routes, between Amsterdam and Southampton and between Amsterdam and Inverness. Travelport has announced the first live booking of a KLM Economy Comfort seat using the new industry standard electronic miscellaneous document (EMD). The booking was fulfilled via a travel agent in the Netherlands for a customer travelling from Amsterdam to Beijing. Currently in Alpha testing, this new functionality will be made available to Travelport-connected travel agents throughout the world in a phased roll-out which begins next month.
Amadeus has announced flagship carrier KLM has implemented Amadeus Ancillary Services in the Netherlands. Through AAS, KLM is now able to offer travel agencies the option to book Economy Comfort seats, expanding the access to its content of ancillary products and services.
Year-round access to Aruba is becoming easier for UK visitors as of this month, with the introduction of new KLM Royal Dutch Airlines’ flights on 30 October 2011. The news comes at a time when other carriers have been cutting services to the Caribbean due to APD concerns.
