Uninhabited islands, pristine beach coves, authentic local cuisine and some of the best sailing routes in the world – these are just a few of the highlights on offer as small-group adventure operator, G Adventures, re-launches their sailing tours in the British Virgin Islands.
From January 1st G Adventures will be operating its full programme of trips in Egypt, with slightly altered itineraries that use flights instead of trains while overnight trains are temporarily out of service. Traveller safety is paramount to the leading small group adventure tour operator, and G Adventures is confident its trips will run unaffected, ensuring travellers they will get the most of this historical and culturally-rich destination.
Following a two-year search, G Adventures has announced the appointment of Alon Marcovici to the position of vice president, global marketing. Marcovici joins the company with more than 18 years of sales and marketing communication experience and most recently served as vice president of consumer sales and marketing at The Globe and Mail, one of Canada’s national daily newspapers.
G Adventures has extended the itinerary for its 2014 voyage up the coast of West Africa onboard its expedition vessel MS Expedition. Passengers will now journey for 32 days to 16 ports in 14 countries, including the new ports of Dakhla in Western Sahara, Fuerteventura in the Canary Islands and Agadir (for Marrakech) in Morocco.
Demand for repeat expedition visits has led G Adventures to launch two new itineraries to the southernmost continent on board its expedition vessel M/S Expedition. Both itineraries are featured in G Adventures’ new 2013 Polar Expeditions brochure.
Exploring multiple countries in West Africa has become easier as G Adventures announces its first sailing programme in the region aboard the M/S Expedition.
