Drawing from his expressive brushstrokes and the natural beauty of his favorite blooms, the space will be beautifully adorned with floral arrangements while the culinary and pastry teams will present an elegant Afternoon Tea service of edible floral themed sweet and savory creations. Sweet confections will include scones served with a whimsical chocolate paintbrush, along with edible flower creations such as a chocolate and honey Sunflower, vanilla and custard Cherry Blossom, and a blueberry and almond sponge Lavender. Savory selections will feature “Potted Plants” with truffle dip, porcini soil, and lemon, along with a decadent Sunflower Seed Foie Gras on brioche and a Maine Lobster Roll. The menu is paired with a curated selection of fine floral teas and a glass of Peninsula Private Label Champagne.
