Atlanta Beltline Celebrates New Addition to Westside Trail
Atlanta Mayor Andre Dickens, Atlanta Beltline, Inc. TSA expects over 18.5 million people to travel by air over busy Fourth of July holiday
The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is staffed and ready to screen over 18.5 million travelers at the nation's airport security checkpoints during the upcoming Fourth of July holiday. This year's projection includes Tuesday, July 1, through Monday, July 7, with the highest passenger volume – approximately 2.9 million – expected on Sunday, July 6. TSA screened nearly 3.1 million travelers on Sunday, June 22, the busiest single day in the agency's history.
Travel & Tourism in Poland Set to Surpass Economic Records
Poland’s Travel & Tourism sector is on track for a milestone year, with 2025 projections showing a return to pre-pandemic strength in GDP contribution and domestic visitor spending, according to new data from the World Travel & Tourism Council (WTTC). According to the latest Economic Impact Research (EIR), this year Travel & Tourism is expected to contribute PLN 165.5BN to Poland’s economy, representing 4.4% of national GDP. This would surpass the previous peak in 2019 by 5.9%, marking a new record for the sector’s economic impact.
