Virgin Holidays opens its first concierge lounge in Orlando
Virgin Holidays has officially opened the doors of its first Florida concierge lounge at Hilton Bonnets Creek, Orlando in its ongoing commitment to providing customers with ‘Rockstar’ service. Located on the top floor of this 5V Favourites Plus hotel, close to Downtown Disney, the concierge lounge forms part of a wider Virgin Holidays ‘Rockstar’ guest experience. Including branded Rockstar service room keys, admission to the v-room lounges at Gatwick and Manchester airports, free breakfast and generous discounts off food and beverages at the hotel.
The new concierge lounge features two distinct zones:
A play zone - with three iMacs offering complimentary internet access, a pool table, table football, Wii gaming and binoculars to enjoy the stunning views of the neighbouring Disney parks.
A relax zone - with a large screen TV so guests can watch premiership football, BBC Worldwide and Disney films for the kids. Guests can borrow a selection of newspapers and magazines, order room service from a special menu, and chat to the Virgin Holidays concierge team to help plan their holiday.
The lounge has been designed with ‘Rockstar’ service firmly in mind - providing Virgin Holidays’ guests with somewhere to play games, chat to fellow holidaymakers, and relax and unwind after a busy day in the parks, while its concierge team is on hand to advise guests on the best things to see and do in resort.
Virgin Holidays already has overseas lounges at Sea Breeze Hotel Barbados and Waves Hotel in Barbados, at Atlantis Dubai, and at The Hilton Ras al Khaimah in the UAE, with plans to roll out more in 2012.
