Virgin Holidays opens exclusive space at Universal

The v-hub, a brand new, exclusive space for Virgin Holidays customers has opened at Universal’s Aventura Hotel as part of a landmark partnership deal.

The lounge will be available for Virgin Holiday guests to use throughout their stay where they will be able to grab a light breakfast before setting off for the day, or a private space to update their social media accounts with free Wi-Fi.

It has also been designed with access to shower facilities and private lockers so customers can make the most of their last day knowing they can freshen up in comfort before their flight home.

The lounge is situated in the sleek and stylish Aventura Hotel, which has been designed to create an affordable-chic experience in a vibrant and relaxing resort atmosphere.

It is the first time that Universal Orlando Resort has allowed a travel or tourism company to open an exclusive offering on its premises.

A Virgin Holidays staff member will always be on hand to answer on queries relating to frequently asked questions – park opening times, flight departures and any questions on options for luggage storage.

All Universal Orlando Resort guests receive a series of benefits including early park admission to one of the three parks, charging privileges and free transfers to the parks.

Virgin Holidays customers staying at any Universal Orlando Resort hotel will receive these benefits, but with the opening of the v-hub, the private space at Universal’s Aventura Hotel, their holiday will become even more care-free.

Angus Bond, head of USA product at Virgin Holidays, commented: “We make every moment of a holiday feel special – from the second you book, to the minute you arrive back home.

“This partnership is designed to ensure our customers get the most from their holiday, by grabbing a quick breakfast prior to hitting the parks or making the most of your last day with access to shower facilities.

“The fact we are the first travel and tourism company to ever pioneer a concept like this with Universal Orlando Resort is a testament to the strength of our relationship and cements our position as the number one international tour operator to Florida.”
