In honour of Rocky Mountaineer’s 25th anniversary, the company has enhanced its SilverLeaf Service, offering fresher, local and gourmet options.
The menu, designed by Rocky Mountaineer’s Michelin-Star executive chefs, continues to draw inspiration from the bounty of Western Canada, incorporating local ingredients such as Pacific salmon and prime Alberta beef.
The new SilverLeaf culinary programme includes:
- Seat side service: Guests will be served delicious dishes by culinary team members in the comfort of their seats. Each SilverLeaf coach will have a dedicated culinary team member in addition to two onboard hosts.
- More beverage choices: Complimentary beverages, including wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic drinks will be available throughout the journey.
- Gourmet snacks: House-made options such as earl grey scented trail mix will complement the journey’s meal options.
- Customisation: Guests will now have portion choice, with entrée options at breakfast and lunch and customisable servings to suit the ravenous as well as those with a lighter appetite.
SilverLeaf Service is available on three exciting routes. First Passage to the West, Journey Through the Clouds and Coastal Passage.
Onboard the single level dome coaches, Rocky Mountaineer Hosts share stories of the regions along the way while guests revel in all of the rugged beauty of the Pacific Northwest and the Rockies just outside the extra-large picture windows.
