Rocky Mountaineer adds new flavour to onboard culinary experience
With the launch of Rocky Mountaineer’s 23rd season, guests from across the globe will experience the newly inspired Western Canadian menus, created by the company’s team of award-winning Executive Chefs.
Rocky Mountaineer has refreshed its menus in all levels of service using premium, regional ingredients. Some of the sumptuous dishes available in GoldLeaf Service are Wild BC Sockeye Salmon, seasoned with smoked sea salt served atop local seasonal vegetables and Alberta Pork Tenderloin with a sweet onion demi glaze, complemented by expertly paired award-winning wines from the Okanagan Valley.

The new menus are an exciting enhancement for guests in all levels of service. Onboard Rocky Mountaineer’s premium GoldLeaf Service domes, travellers enjoy a five-star dining experience with stunning views of the passing landscape. The outstanding three-course, à la carte meals are created fresh onboard by a team of highly-trained Chefs. The dining room offers luxurious surroundings and fine details such as crisp white linens, gleaming silverware and fresh cut flowers, adding to the overall experience.
