New leadership for American Express Global Business Travel
American Express Global Business Travel has appointed Pauline Houston as global director of hotel community, based in the United Kingdom.
In this role, Houston is responsible for the management of the hotel community team and for leading American Express’ hotel value proposition, development and delivery.
She will also serve as a key member of the hotel value and revenue management leadership team.
Pauline will report to Wes Bergstrom, vice president, hotel value and revenue management.
Pauline joins GBT from Carlson Wagonlit Travel.

Prior to this, she was a board member at Devere Hotels & Resorts leading the commercial teams.

Houston will be based from home in Scotland.
