The Italian IT-consultant, who was awarded a certificate for a trip to Kazakhstan, will spend nine days visiting the most spectacular sites in the north, west and south of Kazakhstan.

“To me it’s a new world and I’m very curious and honoured to visit Kazakhstan.

His trip will begin with a guided tour of Astana.

Bergo will stop by the Palace of Independence, the National Museum of Kazakhstan, the Khan Shatyr shopping mall and the Museum of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan before taking a stroll down the embankment of the Ishim River.

On day two, the Italian tourist will travel to one of the most stunning attractions of the Republic – the Burabay National Park.

He will hike the Bolektau Mountain, walk along the shore of the Bolshoye Chebachye Lake and visit an ethnic village where he will sample the national cuisine.

Also on the agenda is a visit to south Kazakhstan.

He will travel to the cities of Shymkent and Turkestan, stopping by several mosques, a museum and the Mausoleum of Khawaja Ahmed Yasawi, which was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
