“Fans to CSR” Launched at Beijing South Railway Station

On February 9, “Fans to CSR” jointly organized by China South Locomotive & Rolling CSR and the railway website Hasea.com was launched at Beijing South Railway Station. More than 30 domestic railway fans from various places of China started from here to visit the MU manufacturing base of CSR Sifang and witness the impressive birth of high-speed MU.

The “Fans to CSR” activity started recruiting fans on the Internet since December 14, 2011 and won positive responses from the majority of fans. Through various forms of registering, there were nearly 2,000 applicants. Their deeds unusually touched us. One wrote a 2,000-word letter to tell his stories about the train, and shared us his feelings of the train and understandings about the train culture. One illustrated in a document with the train photos he took, and told the story about climbing mountains and telephone poles, groveling the bridge opening, running from sunrise to sunset on the snow only to shoot a photo of CRH380A MU. A lovely child fan required his parents to participate in the Train Final Exam invigilated by him each semester. On his naive drawings, the train was portrayed as a tall and handsome Superman. Moreover, some specifically produced a video clip on which our MU was so beautiful that we all wondered that whether this charismatic wizard on the planet was created by us.
