Celebrate singledom with Costa Cruises’ new initiative
For bookings after 1 December 2009, Costa Cruises is reducing its single supplement by up to 50%.
The initiative has been introduced to make cruising even more affordable for solo travellers and brings the single supplement down to as low as 30%.
With cruising an increasingly popular holiday choice for those travelling alone, the move is certain to be warmly-welcomed – particularly as it comes from Costa Cruises, which has the largest fleet in Europe (14 ships in total), and can cater for all tastes and interests.
For those looking for some rest and relaxation, Costa’s four newest ships - Costa Concordia, Costa Serena, Costa Luminosa and Costa Pacifica – boasts the luxury Samsara Spa, amongst the largest floating spas in the world, spanning two decks and up to 6000 square metres of sheer luxury.
Costa Luminosa, the ‘ship of light’, has a thrilling 4D cinema, a golf simulator and outdoor putting green, whilst Costa Pacifica, the ‘ship of music’, has a recording studio where guests can cut their own CDs and lounges where musicians perform. Both ships also feature a Grand Prix driving simulator, used to train genuine FI drivers.
