The ranking of ‘Number One Hotel Website’ overall has been awarded to Radisson Hotels & resorts by Gomez, the Internet quality measurement company, in their Fall 2000 Internet Hotel Scorecard.
Moving up from number 5 in the quarterly rankings, Radisson also scored best in both the Relationship Services and Business Guest categories and ranked in the Top 3 for Customer Confidence and Ease of Use.
A key benefit cited by Gomez was the new Guest@ccess feature which allows guests to create their own Radisson page.
