Splendid Hospitality Group has appointed Oliver Bell as head chef for the 101-bedroom Hotel Indigo York.
Joining the group with over ten years’ culinary experience, Bell will oversee all food operations in the day to day running of the hotel’s restaurant, No.88 Walmgate.

Prior to joining the team at Hotel Indigo York, Bell worked for Jamie’s Italian as head chef where he developed his passion for consistency, quality and people.
Growing from sous chef to head chef in six years, he is known for his ambition and impeccable culinary skills.
