Atlas Strengthens North American Leisure Coverage with Air Transat NDC Launch
Atlas (atlaslovestravel.com), the modern flight API powering intelligent flight retailing and infrastructure, announced a new direct partnership with Air Transat (TS), Canada’s leading leisure airline, further expanding Atlas’s North America coverage and strengthening its transatlantic travel offering.
Travel Sellers connected to Atlas can now access Air Transat’s extensive leisure network through the same API used to connect to more than 140 carriers globally, eliminating the need for separate integrations and enabling faster time to market.
The integration marks another step in Atlas’s strategy to build the travel industry’s most advanced flight retailing and fulfillment infrastructure, combining direct airline connectivity, modern retailing capabilities, and automated post-booking services through a single platform.
With Air Transat travel content now available through Atlas, Travel Sellers gain access to Canada’s most recognised leisure airlines, connecting major Canadian gateways including Montréal and Toronto with in-demand destinations across Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Central and South America, and Africa.
Headquartered in Montréal, Air Transat serves more than 65 destinations across 35 countries and carried 5.4 million passengers during fiscal year 2025. The airline was named World’s Best Leisure Airline by Skytrax for the seventh time in 2025 and operates an all-Airbus fleet, including the A321LR, which forms the backbone of its long-haul narrowbody strategy.
Clive Ashmore Butler, COO of Atlas, shared:
The travel industry has spent years solving content access. The next challenge is making that content retailable and serviceable at scale. Air Transat stands out as one of North America’s leading leisure carriers, with a distinctive network that is highly relevant to our global Travel Seller community. By bringing Air Transat onto Atlas, we are not only expanding content choice, but strengthening the infrastructure that enables Travel Sellers to search, retail, fulfil and service airline products efficiently through a single platform.”
