Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has announced the opening of a new luxury resort, Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum.

Ideally located on a 60 hectare waterfront site on the northern side of the peninsula, at Cennet Koyu (Paradise Bay), with panoramic views over the Aegean Sea, Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum offers the perfect retreat.

The Sea View Rooms and Mediterranean Suites provide the most spacious accommodation in the Bodrum Peninsula, ranging from 72 to 145 square metres, and are flooded with natural light.

Most rooms have terraces with private dining areas and sundecks.

In addition, each suite features a plunge pool and outdoor shower set in private gardens with spectacular views over the Aegean Sea.

“We are delighted to introduce Mandarin Oriental’s renowned hospitality to Turkey,” commented Christoph Mares, executive vice president, operations for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India.

“Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum is set to become the region’s most desirable address. This exclusive hideaway resort offers guests stylish accommodation and a range of impeccable facilities, all of which are underpinned by Mandarin Oriental’s legendary service,” he added.

With two private beaches, a range of dining establishments, an outstanding spa and choice of contemporary rooms, suites and villas, the unique facilities and excellent service are truly world-class.

The beachfront location is within easy reach of many of the Bodrum Peninsula’s most beautiful attractions, being just a five minute drive to the cosmopolitan town of Göltürkbükü and 20 minutes from Bodrum City Centre.

Bodrum International airport, where airlines operate a 60 minute flight to Istanbul, is also less than an hour away.

As stylish as they are spacious, the beautiful rooms and suites offer the perfect blend of luxury and comfort.

There are just 59 beautifully appointed guest rooms, with 27 spacious suites including two incredible Presidential Villas, and 23 stylishly-designed apartments, all with terraces or balconies, all also on offer.

Beautifully designed, the layout of the villa includes four bedrooms featuring a choice of king or twin beds, all with hand-woven leather headboards and five bathrooms.

Decorated in a chic neutral colour palette, the custom-made teak wood and dark wood furnishings include an elegant desk, indoor and outdoor dining tables and an array of occasional seating.

In addition, the villa boasts a beautiful inner courtyard, which brings a natural light and garden-inspired atmosphere to the accommodation.

The spectacular outdoor terrace features a private pool, shower, sun beds and a hammock.
