iCruise.com launches Cruise Finder iPad App

Cruise travel retailer iCruise.com® announced today the launch of its Cruise Finder™ iPad App.  The new iPad app provides real time cruise pricing and booking capability and offers much of the same functionality as the company website www.iCruise.com.

The app gives iPad users access to information about 30 cruise lines, 250 cruise ships, and 12,000 worldwide itineraries through multiple, easy-to-use search options and calendars.  Over 20,000 new high resolution route maps and images were created to showcase destinations, cruise ship public rooms, stateroom categories and interactive, re-sizeable deck plans.

According to Uf Tukel, co-founder of iCruise parent company, WMPH Vacations, “We’ve seen a significant increase in traffic to our website from iPad users.  We built this app to make it very easy for them to find a cruise with a high-quality, user experience that is consistent with other iPad apps in the travel industry.”

The Cruise Finder iPad app also features online pricing and booking capability for 10 cruise lines including Royal Caribbean Cruises, Carnival Cruises, Celebrity Cruises, Princess Cruises, Holland America Line, Disney Cruise Line, and Norwegian Cruise Line.  Users who prefer to speak and book with a real travel agent can do so by calling the iCruise reservation center in Delray Beach, Florida.

This is the fourth mobile product introduction by iCruise.com in the last 12 months.  Their app is currently one of the Top 40 most popular iPad travel apps and follows the launch of their Cruise Finder™ iPhone and Android Apps, as well as a mobile optimized web site. iCruise.com plans to offer an Amazon.com Kindle Fire version of the Cruise Finder App by the end of 1st quarter.
