Every Saturday, The Terrace on the Corniche presents Astor’s Brunch, an elegant afternoon inspired by the celebrated social traditions of Caroline Astor. Bringing together refined dining, lively entertainment, and attentive hospitality, the family-friendly gathering invites guests to linger over exceptional cuisine in a vibrant yet sophisticated setting.
Guests are welcomed with signature cocktails and elegant bites, including caviar blinis and cold canapés, before exploring an abundant selection of international flavors. Highlights include The Cheese Lab featuring artisanal cheeses from more than seven countries, an Asian station with sushi, dim sum, and freshly prepared wontons, alongside live stations dedicated to homemade pasta, meat carving, Indian tandoori, and smoked barbecue specialities.
Throughout the afternoon, the Zodiac Trolley serves a collection of distinctive cocktails, while live entertainment and a dedicated children’s play area create an atmosphere where families and friends can gather and celebrate the weekend together.

New this July, Catch at St. Regis introduces Summer’s Catch, a limited-edition four-course menu inspired by coastal flavors, tropical fruits, and the understated simplicity of contemporary Japanese cuisine. Thoughtfully composed for the season, the menu celebrates premium seafood, vibrant seasonal ingredients, and bright summer flavors through a collection of dishes that capture the lightness of summer.
The menu begins with Sun-Kissed Watermelon, paired with spicy ponzu, lemon balm, and calendula, followed by Golden Coast Hamachi with avocado purée, lime zest, and yuzu gel. Seabass Odyssey follows, bringing together freshly-caught seabass, prawns and Kalamata olives, before Sunset Pearl Bliss concludes the menu with Victoria pineapple, sago pearls, and coconut yuzu ice cream. Three spritz-style summer cocktails complete the offering, each thoughtfully crafted to complement the menu’s vibrant seasonal flavors.
