Flight Attendant Bloggers Launch Podcast Offering Insight into Job

Two popular Flight Attendant bloggers have joined together to create a podcast offering an entertaining and enlightening look at their jobs and the lifestyle that being a Flight Attendant provides.

Popular Flight Attendant bloggers: Sara Keagle, of The Flying Pinto, and Bobby Laurie, of Up Up & A Gay, have partnered to create an informative and entertaining podcast. Titled The Crew Lounge, the podcast offers listeners a unique look into the life and career of a Flight Attendant.

Using the format of a talk show, Keagle and Laurie lead a panel of three additional Flight Attendants through a discussion surrounding getting hired as a Flight Attendant, training, flying, interactions with passengers and layovers.

With recent events in the travel industry unfolding, listeners can tune into the podcast to hear the news from the point of view of a Flight Attendant and can also submit their own questions to be answered in future episodes.

Between each podcast Keagle and Laurie keep listeners updated on industry news via blogging on the podcast website (upgrd.com/TheCrewLounge) and through The Crew Lounge twitter account located at twitter.com/TheCrewLounge.

Blogger Sara Keagle has been an active Flight Attendant for 17 years, in addition to operating her award winning website, Keagle also writes a column for HipCompass Escapes Magazine.

Bobby Laurie has been an active Flight Attendant for 5 years, as well as holding various corporate positions within the airline industry. In addition to his blog, Laurie is also a freelance journalist for Examiner.com reporting on airline and airport news.
