Wizz Air has appointed TV personality Gemma Collins as a brand ambassador.
As part of the collaboration, the low-cost carrier and Collins will provide UK passengers with post-lockdown holiday inspiration, just in time for the summer travel season.
Through the partnership, Wizz is launching a multi-channel campaign with adverts and social media content featuring the celebrity.
This includes a mini ‘documentary’, with cameras following Gemma as she escapes lockdown with Wizz on a trip to Tenerife.
Commenting on her new role, Collins said: “Anyone who knows me knows I am all about holidays, so Wizz have come to the right person for some travel inspo!
“Whether it is siestas and fiestas in Marbs or sunbathing and dancing through the night on a Greek Island, I have got a tip or two up my sleeve.
“Now we can all fly like the GC!”
