The Disneyland Resort 70th Celebration kicked off May 16, 2025, honoring seven decades and counting of The Happiest Place on Earth with must-visit festivities across the resort through summer 2026. In 1955, Walt Disney opened Disneyland Park with a hope that it would be “a source of joy and inspiration to all the world.” This limited-time celebration highlights that feeling of absolute happiness through jubilant entertainment, décor, food and beverages, merchandise and more.

On 12th April 2025, Disneyland Paris celebrated its 33rd anniversary – and to mark the occasion, the place where dreams come true unveiled never-before-seen images and new details about its overall unprecedented transformation. The resort’s second park is undergoing a major expansion and embracing a fresh creative vision. And when its new World of Frozen themed area opens in 2026, the park that has long been known as Walt Disney Studios will be renamed Disney Adventure World.

For the first time, Disneyland Resort is releasing its lineup of special events and limited-time festivities for the coming year, with 2024 highlighted by the resort-wide Pixar Fest celebration beginning in the spring. Guests can book Disneyland Resort theme park reservations up to 180 days in advance with the expanded reservation calendar, and the slate of scheduled events can help them plan their visits earlier.
