After a particularly challenging year for the travel industry, the Hoxton is hoping to start the recovery with the opening of its doors in Rome in the spring.
Accor will merge its lifestyle brands with London-based group Ennismore. The new entity will be two-thirds owned by Accor and one-third owned by Ennismore founder Sharan Pasricha.
Coming as the tenth hotel from the brand, and the six opening in Europe, the Hoxton, Rome will boast 192 bedrooms, a large coffee bar and takeaway counter, a large light-flooded restaurant, and an outdoor terrace.
The Hoxton, Southwark has now opened its doors on Blackfriars Road. Coming as the eighth property in the series, the hotel sees the brand back on familiar ground with its third location in London, the city where it all began.
Taking its place as the seventh hotel in the now global series, the hotel boasts 182 rooms, three distinct dining and drinking destinations.
