Radisson Hotel Group signs four new properties in Norway and introduces two new brands
Radisson Hotel Group is delighted to announce the signing of four new conversion properties, and 519 guest rooms, in the picturesque city of Bergen, Norway, as part of their fruitful partnership with Magic Norway AS. Ski Safari Set for Biggest Ever Winter in Norway
As resorts across Norway start opening for the 2024/25 ski season, Ski Safari is preparing to send more customers there than ever before. This growth is led by huge increases for Norway’s West Coast and multi-centre ski safaris. Passengers to Voss are up 448% year on year, passengers to Myrkdalen are up 222% and multi-centre passengers are up 823%. Ski Safari expects these numbers to continue to grow as they’re compared to end-of-season figures for 2023/24, and there are still some fantastic offers available for this winter.

Norway is rapidly emerging as a top destination for British skiers this winter, according to Britain’s original specialist ski travel agency and tailor-made tour operator, Ski Solutions. As of 17 October 2024, Ski Solutions has seen December 2024 bookings to Norway surge by 64% year-on-year, reflecting a strong appetite for the Norwegian slopes among UK travellers.
Finnair launches two new Norway routes
Finnair will start flying between Helsinki and Bergen and Tromsø in Norway on December 14th. The routes will be operated by Norwegian regional airline Widerøe, and the flights are sold and marketed by Finnair.
