During the three days reserved for trade visitors at ITB Berlin there was a slight increase in buyer numbers from the USA, Middle East and Africa. That is the result of an initial analysis of the world’s leading travel trade show, which is currently taking place from 6 to 10 March 2013. The number of trade visitors and buyers from Spain, Italy and Greece was 1.7 per cent below last year’s figures.

Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing had a successful participation at the International Tourism Fair ITB-2013 in Berlin, which concluded its works on Sunday (10 March 2013). Some 123 participants from the tourism sector in Dubai took part in the fair alongside the general directorate of residency and foreigners affairs-Dubai, Expo2020, and Dubai Events and promotions Establishment (DEPE).
