HNA Tourism Group takes US$500m stake in Tuniu Corp
HNA Tourism Group has announced a US$500 million investment for a 24.1 per cent stake in Chinese leading online travel company Tuniu Corp. HNA Tourism will purchase Tuniu’s newly issued Class A ordinary shares for US$5.50 per share, or the equivalent of US$16.50 per American Depositary Share.

HNA Group joins with NetEase for new online travel venture
NetEase, one of China’s leading Internet and online game services providers, has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Lede Technology has signed a partnership agreement with HNA Group to form a joint venture company. The new venture will establish an all-new internet travel company. In December 2014, the two companies had signed a strategic framework cooperation agreement to become partners in the sectors of Internet travel and travel finance.
