Japan Airlines boosts Dreamliner fleet ahead of Tokyo Olympics
Japan Airlines has announced an order today for four 787-8 Dreamliners from Boeing. The order is valued at more than $900 million at current list prices and will expand JAL’s Dreamliner fleet to 49 airplanes.

Virgin Atlantic is flying a new daily service between London Heathrow and Seattle replacing the flight currently operated by joint venture partner Delta Air Lines. The new service is operated by the airline’s newest, most fuel efficient aircraft, the Boeing 787-9, and will add more than 40,000 extra seats each year between the two cities.
